First Aid at Work Course
Description
This comprehensive and practical 3-day course is the most thorough first aid course available and will qualify participants to take responsibility as a First Aider at work.
It is accredited by the HSE and will help your organisation meet the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
The course gives comprehensive coverage of first aid techniques to deal with incidents ranging from burns and bleeding to CPR and will enable participants to deal with any incident in their workplace.
Duration
A minimum of 18 hours spread over at least 3 days. Ideally the course should be run over 3 consecutive days but we can be flexible to meet your needs and it can be adapted to suit an audience depending upon the particular place of work.

Certification
Subject to assessment, all participants will be issued with a First Aid at Work certificate approved by the Health and Safety Executive, which is valid for 3 years and can be renewed by attending a 2-Day re-qualification course.
Numbers
A maximum of 12 students.
Each participant must be aged 16 years or above.
